Junior Support Engineer – Apps & Infrastructure
Job Description
What you’ll be doing
Support implementation of technology roadmap initiatives
Application and Infrastructure support
Assist in project execution
Connectivity and access issues
End-to-end onboarding and offboarding of staff technology access and devices
Assist in maintaining enterprise-level Microsoft infrastructure
Support network infrastructure maintenance
Help implement monitoring and alerting systems
Assist in backup and recovery processes
Support incident response and troubleshooting
Hardware and equipment troubleshooting (e.g. VCs, printers)
Experience and skills required
2 years of IT engineering experience providing both application and infrastructure support
Experience providing application support
Experience using Jira to track bugs and creating Confluence documentation
Highly desirable previous experience in front-end web development including JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
Experience working closely with development and DevOps teams.
IT or technical services Bachelor’s degree (Computer Engineering, Science or Mathematics).
Service-oriented individual.
