Job Description
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this position prioritises relationship management whilst promoting the features and benefits of your product range and utilising your customer service skills to close sales. Primarily on the road engaging with retail partners, with additional time spent working remotely from home on administrative tasks, and attending the showroom as needed for meetings, training sessions, or partner visits
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and established customers
- Promote and conduct demonstrations of product range
- Achieve sales targets and KPI’s while ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Implement and negotiate sales strategies to increase revenue of your territory
- Ensure ongoing & reliable customer satisfaction through time management
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure consistency across the business
- Advise on competitors, market activity and industry trends
Experience & Qualifications
- Computer literate with experience in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Analytical thinker with good interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with a willingness to grow and take on new challenges.
- Negotiate, prepare, and present sales plans, strategies, and forecasting.
- Create, meet, and exceed sales targets, with an emphasis on business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in working with customers from inception through to delivery.
