IT Systems Engineer
Job Description
The opportunity
- Assist Service Desk with Escalated IT Support Tickets
- Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using Azure
- Manage and monitor all infrastructure and systems installations including configurations, testing and maintenance
- Diagnose faults with production systems, research and implement solutions
- Produce, evaluate and maintain systems documentation
About you
- Proven experience of Wintel systems administration
- Tertiary qualifications and/or Extensive experience in working in complex enterprise environments
- Solid experience working with Azure infrastructure and Office365 applications
- Understand security frameworks ASD Essential 8, ISO27001, NST and CIS controls
- Experience with Aruba and Palo Alto firewalls preferred
