We have an incredible opportunity for an IT Systems and Security Administrator to join our team
About the Role
As an IT Systems and Security Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Performing on-premises and cloud server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security, Active Directory updates and performance monitoring
- Maintain and upgrade computer components and software and integrate automation processes
- Ensure network and device configuration of LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, remote access configurations and wireless access points
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support and guidance
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection
- Design and build targeted and general training reference guides and online learning materials
About You
In looking for a valuable addition to our team, our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years’ experience of network, security or system administration experience
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking solutions, hardware and networking protocols
- Demonstrated strong experience within the Microsoft & VMWare stacks (Azure, Active Directory, Exchange365, Microsoft365, Windows Server & Desktop, VMWare)
- Experience with Firewalls, VPN’s, Intrusion Prevention, Routing and Switching
- Strong administration and communication skills
