IT Support Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility is to maintain local IT service delivery and operational continuity, learning on the job and escalating complex issues to senior teams.

• Provide on-site IT support at the designated locations, serving as the principal point of contact for local technical issues.
• Manage and cover day-to-day IT activities as required, including equipment setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform first-level triage and resolution for common issues related to client hardware, software, and local network access.
• Install, configure, and maintain client hardware and peripheral devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, scanners).
• The role requires the applicant to be an Australian Citizen.
