Job Description
We are looking for a General IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for systems, users, and internal tools. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access, login, and application problems
- Install, configure, and update systems, tools, and software
- Support onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access setup)
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and equipment
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS
- Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, etc.)
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
