We’re looking for an Interactive Designer who doesn’t just create screens but crafts compelling digital experiences that engage users at every click, swipe, and tap. This role is for a creative problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and user psychology—someone passionate about pushing interactive boundaries to transform ideas into living, breathing digital products. You’ll own the flow and feel of our user interfaces, transforming complex workflows into intuitive, engaging interactions that feel natural and memorable.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven expertise crafting immersive, user-centric digital experiences that blend creativity with clear functionality—beyond standard wireframes and prototypes.
  • Deep understanding of human-computer interaction principles with the ability to anticipate user behavior and design seamless flows that feel intuitive without guidance.
  • Strong command of advanced prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Principle) to build dynamic interactions and micro-animations that bring static designs to life.
  • Experience integrating interactive design with front-end development constraints—working closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for performance.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data or content into engaging, interactive visual narratives, not just simple interfaces.
  • A portfolio showcasing innovative use of interaction patterns, gesture controls, and responsive design that adapts fluidly across devices and contexts.
  • Skilled at interpreting business goals and user feedback to iterate on designs rapidly without losing sight of the overall vision.
  • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams, bridging design, UX research, and engineering to push boundaries in digital interaction.
  • Proactive in staying ahead of emerging interaction trends (AR/VR, voice UI, haptics) and willing to experiment with cutting-edge technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale clearly and inspire stakeholders with interactive concepts that challenge the status quo.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience designing interactive digital products, ideally in SaaS, mobile apps, or consumer platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with user-centered design methodologies, usability testing, and incorporating research findings into interaction refinements.
  • Skilled in motion design principles and capable of creating micro-interactions that enhance usability without distraction.
  • Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics to collaborate effectively with developers and anticipate technical constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative product environments.
  • Self-driven, curious, and experimental mindset with a passion for learning new tools and interaction paradigms.
