Information Technology Systems Administrator

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

– Manage the existing infrastructure both on prem and on the cloud (AWS/Azure)

– Ensure seamless integration between the two offices (Melbourne & NY) where necessary

(Ex/ file servers)

– Lead infrastructure upgrade projects (ex/ File server/firewall/domain controller/SharePoint

migrations etc)

– Ensure 24×7 uptime for critical infrastructure.

– Setup/Monitor critical services/jobs running on servers, virtual machines.

– Ensure that proactive measures are taken to ensure the security of the network.

– Ensure compliance to client side MSAs from a network infrastructure/security lens.

– Server set up/maintenance, future proofing, and support.

– Providing investigation and diagnosis of infrastructure related issues.
