ICT Support Trainee
Job Description
This unique combination of formal education and work experience will give successful applicants the opportunity to work in an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) role, which includes:
- Providing IT support to customers over the phone, face to face, via email and online chat
- Providing onsite IT support by travelling to offices and schools to resolve hardware and software issues
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in relevant business systems
- Providing support to the IT Projects team, as required, by participating in major capital works activities.
Locations include Emerton, Greystanes, Hurstville, Nirimba Fields and St Peters.
