We require an enthusiastic help desk support & sales representative to join our fast-paced business within the online security industry (that means you’ll already need to know all about the Internet, be willing to answer and make telephone calls and know how to operate a computer).

We value individuals who are committed to going above and beyond in their roles, with a focus on professional development and growth.

You will be responsible for maintaining an extremely high level of customer support – as well as sales, lead response and customer retention.

Required Skills:

  • Customer support and help desk experience highly regarded;
  • Broad internet knowledge;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Must have a helpful disposition, with a ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Marketing experience highly regarded;

You will need to display a professional approach to customer support with a high level of written communication skill and excellent telephone manner.
