Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio that blends brand identity, UX/UI thinking, and a refined eye for detail across both digital and print mediums. This is not a production role — it’s for a designer who thrives on concept-driven visual storytelling, understands how to work within evolving brand systems, and can articulate the “why” behind their creative decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute original concepts for digital campaigns, landing pages, social media, and product launches that align with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and product managers to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
- Create and refine design systems, including iconography, type hierarchy, and layout rules for internal and external use.
- Contribute to high-impact presentations, packaging mockups, and occasional environmental graphics for brand activations.
- Apply usability best practices and visual hierarchy principles in UI design for product interfaces and customer-facing web assets.
- Review and iterate on designs based on data, user feedback, or A/B testing results.
- Maintain file integrity, organization, and readiness for developer handoff, print production, or animation workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
- 4+ years of in-house or agency design experience, with a proven track record of shipping real-world campaigns or products.
- Portfolio must demonstrate advanced proficiency in layout, typography, branding, and digital asset creation.
- Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Working knowledge of Figma required.
- Experience designing for responsive web and email. Understanding of pixel density, mobile UX patterns, and modular systems is essential.
- Comfortable working within established brand guidelines while knowing when and how to push boundaries thoughtfully.
- Clear communication skills — must be able to defend creative choices with strategic rationale, not just aesthetics.
- Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion design (After Effects or similar) or 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Exposure to tools like Webflow or Framer is helpful for prototyping or developer collaboration.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) in digital design.
