Job Description

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Create responsive email designs
  • Collaborate to understand CRM objectives
  • Maintain brand’s visual consistency

About The Role:

  • Create visually compelling digital assts for email, website, social media and digital ads. 
  • Collaborate with the CRM & Creative Teams to design engaging, fresh, creative emails with a commercial mindset.
  • Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all email designs and digital assets.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project needs. 
  • Manage the approval process with inter-departmental teams.
  • Develop strategies to deliver a clear message to a target audience. 
  • Create eye catching GIFs to use for emails.
  • Adapt designs to make sure that assets are responsive and render correctly across different viewing platforms, including mobile and desktop.
  • Keep up with industry best practices and stay informed about the latest trends in email design and design tools to ensure designs remain modern and engaging. 

About You:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar digital graphic design role ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Passion for digital design.
  • Advanced skillset in Photoshop and Illustrator with some experience in After Effects.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS and web standards.
  • Strong communication skills, enjoys working collaboratively and seeks to engage other designers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and taking ownership of processes to continuously improve.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
