Job Description
We’re seeking a Graphic Designer who can build visual systems, not just make things look pretty. If you’re the type to ask “why this font?” or “is this layout accessible?”—we want to talk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaboration with copywriters, marketers, and developers, and has a sharp eye for detail paired with an obsession for consistency. You’ll work on projects that range from digital campaigns and web assets to packaging design and internal brand materials. Experience in maintaining and evolving a design system is key.
This isn’t a role for someone who needs step-by-step instructions—this is for a designer who can take initiative, defend their design choices, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design compelling visuals for multi-channel campaigns: email, social, web, paid media, and print
- Create and evolve templates and assets within an existing brand system while proposing refinements when needed
- Translate complex ideas into digestible, visually appealing graphics, infographics, and motion-based elements
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI, marketing, and product teams to maintain visual consistency across touchpoints
- Prepare final press-ready files for print vendors and manage preflight process
- Develop presentation decks and concept boards for internal and client-facing review
- Conduct light photo editing, compositing, and retouching when needed
- Maintain asset libraries and design file organization standards
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in a professional design role (in-house or agency)
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong layout skills, conceptual thinking, and a grasp of branding across digital and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with design accessibility standards (e.g., contrast ratios, legible type hierarchy)
- Comfortable working within (and improving upon) brand guidelines
- Strong typographic skills and experience creating visual hierarchies
- Experience designing for both static and motion deliverables (After Effects or similar is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing for SaaS or B2B tech companies
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaborating with developers
- Exposure to packaging, environmental graphics, or merch design
- Familiarity with Notion, Jira, or similar project management tools
