Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives on turning abstract ideas into visually cohesive campaigns. You’ll be working closely with content strategists, marketers, and developers—not just to “make things look good,” but to ensure every visual has intent. If you naturally ask, “What’s the story here, and how can I amplify it visually?”, you’re in the right place.
What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end brand campaigns across digital (social, email, web, paid media) and print (brochures, packaging, signage).
- Build cohesive visual systems—not just assets. You’ll define spacing, weight, texture, hierarchy, and rhythm across touchpoints.
- Translate data and content into digestible infographics, carousels, or interactive visuals.
- Create presentation decks for internal teams and C-level pitches that do not look like default templates.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure visual fidelity during implementation (Figma → production).
- Set up reusable design frameworks and templates in Figma/Illustrator, anticipating the team’s future needs.
- Lead occasional design sprints to explore divergent ideas and push beyond safe choices.
You’ll Need
- A portfolio that shows clarity, not just flair—thoughtful layout, visual hierarchy, and intentional use of negative space.
- Strong grasp of typography and how it behaves across screens and surfaces.
- Ability to give and receive critique without ego—design isn’t personal, it’s functional.
- Familiarity with version control in Figma, component libraries, and grid systems.
- Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects (basic motion is a plus, not a must).
- Experience working with brand guidelines—and knowing when it’s time to evolve them.
- A working knowledge of print production (bleeds, trims, color profiles) and preparing files for offset and digital print.
Bonus If You
- Have experience with animation or interactive design
- Have contributed to or managed a digital design system
- Can explain visual decisions in simple terms to non-design stakeholders
