Job Description

Overview:
We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer who thrives in systems that deal with large-scale, structured business data. You’ll build, refine, and scale our analytics dashboard and data ingestion pipelines used by clients in retail and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end features in a React (Next.js) + Node.js stack with a GraphQL API.
  • Work with PostgreSQL for complex query optimization (think window functions, lateral joins, and recursive CTEs).
  • Translate product-level metrics (e.g., churn rate, inventory turnover) into efficient, real-time visualizations.
  • Optimize React rendering performance for dashboards with high-frequency data updates.
  • Extend our in-house ETL service that normalizes third-party CSV and API feeds into our relational model.
  • Handle schema migrations across dev/stage/prod environments using tools like Prisma or Knex.
  • Build cloud functions (AWS Lambda) to process webhook events and trigger downstream workflows.
  • Participate in sprint planning and architectural reviews. You’re expected to challenge assumptions.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Proficiency with SQL that goes beyond CRUD. You’ve written queries others were afraid to debug.
  • Experience building and maintaining production-grade APIs (REST and/or GraphQL).
  • Deep understanding of state management patterns (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar).
  • Comfortable working with and debugging distributed systems — especially around data syncing and caching layers.
  • Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (GitHub Actions, Docker).
  • Ability to read business requirements and break them down into concrete, testable development tasks.

Bonus (Not Required):

  • Experience working with time-series databases or streaming data (Kafka, ClickHouse, etc).
  • Familiarity with headless BI tools or custom reporting engines.
  • Contributions to open-source libraries or public GitHub projects relevant to fullstack work.
