About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, conversion-focused Figma designer who thrives in shaping landing pages that are not just beautiful, but measurably effective. You’ll work closely with performance marketers, brand strategists, and developers to conceptualize and design landing pages optimized for clarity, persuasion, and fast loading.
What You’ll Do:
- Design high-conversion landing pages in Figma based on copy drafts, product assets, and campaign objectives
- Translate briefs and A/B test results into clear UI/UX decisions
- Create modular components and reusable design systems specifically for landing pages (not general brand guidelines)
- Ensure visual hierarchy supports the call-to-action strategy — every pixel must earn its place
- Collaborate directly with marketers and developers — this is not a solo art project
- Document responsive behaviors, interactions, and transitions within your Figma files
- Stay accountable for how your designs perform, not just how they look
Requirements:
- Strong Figma portfolio focused specifically on marketing and SaaS landing pages
- Demonstrated experience designing for split-testing and iterative optimization
- Ability to interpret user behavior data and apply it to design decisions
- Fluency in direct-response principles (above-the-fold clarity, trust signals, CTA strategy)
- Experience designing for responsiveness and fast-loading assets
- Comfortable working with tools like Webflow or Framer is a bonus, but not required
- Clear communication — you’ll be expected to defend design choices with reason, not taste
