Roles & Responsibilities

Your new role

  • You turn insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and interaction models that make sense and feel natural.
  • You design scalable systems with intuitive navigation, thoughtful hierarchy, and adaptable states like empty, error, and loading.
  • You collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align user needs with business goals, delivering solutions that are both functional and delightful.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & Design Thinking

  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and heuristic evaluations to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Translate findings into user flows, wireframes, and interaction models.
  • Build scalable design systems with clear hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and flexible states (e.g., empty, error, loading).
  • Partner with product managers and developers to align user needs with business goals and deliver seamless, engaging solutions.

Visual Design & Execution

  • Create visually compelling and user-friendly UI components using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Design responsive layouts and high-fidelity mockups that reflect brand identity, accessibility standards, and clarity.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, usability testing, and evolving product requirements.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
  • Participate in design critiques with constructive feedback and openness to diverse viewpoints.
  • Work closely with developers to maintain design integrity and resolve edge cases in the user experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing both aesthetic finesse and UX depth.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
  • Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility guidelines, and mobile/web interaction patterns.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Bonus: experience with usability testing, A/B testing, or motion/interaction design.
