This exciting 12 month maximum term contract opportunity will see you champion all things related to the customer online journey and contribute to the NRMA’s broader Digital strategy, delivering first-class digital experiences through effective content production and user experience enhancement.

You will be responsible for improving the performance of the NRMA’s digital assets including website, app and online marketing campaigns. You will leverage your digital experience, CMS expertise and analytics prowess to identify breakpoints in our digital customer experience and drive solutions to increase conversion and deliver a better digital customer experience for our members.

What you’ll do

Experience managing, optimising and personalising A/B tests on website from inception to completion including identifying and prioritising opportunities

Content and Mobile optimisation, ensuring all digital content is relevant and digital assets are fully optimised for mobile devices to cater to our mobile users.

Work closely with Product, Marketing and Content team to produce or update content articles, and marketing campaigns across web and app.

Work with Search team to ensure all content and structure is optimised for SEO to on deliver organic reach KPIs

Liaise with the digital and data reporting teams to build digital dashboards that report back to the business on the digital performance of NRMA membership products.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience (3+ years) working with a Content Management System (CMS) or equivalent

Specific experience with Sitecore will be highly regarded

Experience in Content Rate Optimisation, working with UX designers and a track record of successful optimisation initiatives

Experience with auditing and monitoring digital channels using data analytics tools – Google analytics experience or knowledge of web analytics and goal tracking

Understanding of best practices for digital assets such as website and app, ideally any ecommerce experience/knowledge will be advantageous
