Job Description
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Edit dozens of ads per week using Icon or Capcut (based on templates or creative briefs provided)
- Build still ads, email designs, and text-friendly graphics in Canva
- Tag creatives by format/hook and update our creator tracker
- QA final videos and creative deliverables for formatting and brand consistency
- Maintain creative folders, calendars, and Notion content
- Help coordinate deliverables and deadlines with internal teams
Tools:
- Icon or Capcut (video editing)
- Canva (for still/image asset creation)
- Meta Ads Manager (for uploading creatives)
- Google Drive, Sheets, Notion
Ideal Profile
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 4-5 years of multimedia experience is required
- 2+ years of video production experience is required
- Experience in using CapCut and Icon is a huge plus
- Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Notion, Google Suite, OnePassword, and Zoom is preferred
- Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design
- Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player
- Having experience using Videolytics to analyze the effectiveness of media, with the intent to optimize and improve retention and conversions,, is a huge plus
- Having experience working in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines is a plus
- Proficient in turning talking-head videos into engaging animated content using graphics, motion graphics,, and B-roll
