Your opportunity: This is a critical role within our evolving internal creative agency, a dedicated team of creatives driving the voice and visual identity of our diverse portfolio of challenger brands.
As a Digital Marketing Designer, you will be on the front lines of our performance media efforts, creating high-impact, data-driven visuals that resonate deeply with customers across digital channels and directly contribute to commercial outcomes.
Your expertise in digital design for marketing outputs, particularly across social media and paid digital platforms, will be absolutely crucial.
We are seeking a designer who is not just creatively brilliant but also inherently performance-focused, adept at A/B testing and leveraging insights to rapidly iterate and optimise creative for maximum effectiveness.

You’ll make impact by: Performance-Driven Creative: Design and produce a wide range of digital marketing assets specifically optimised for high-performance media campaigns across key platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Display/YouTube), TikTok, and Spotify.
Social Media Specialisation: Lead the design and execution of exceptional social media experiences, including static posts, dynamic carousels, engaging stories, mobile video capture and editing, and potentially short-form animated content, all engineered for high engagement and optimal performance outcomes.
A/B Testing & Optimisation: Actively participate in the testing and iteration of creative variations.
Apply insightful learnings from performance data to inform design decisions and continuously optimise visuals for superior results across multiple digital channels.
Multi-Channel Digital Design: Develop visually compelling digital display ads, impactful out-of-home digital content, and other essential digital marketing collateral that turns heads, ensures impeccable brand consistency and strict adherence to platform best practices.
Marketing-Focused Web Assets: Design specific marketing-focused web assets such as display banners, homepage takeovers (HPTOs), landing page sections (for marketing initiatives), and other promotional web graphics that directly support campaign objectives, brought to life by our Digital Design teams.
Tool & Process Optimisation: Actively contribute to improving existing systems and processes related to digital asset creation and delivery, leveraging and championing best-in-class software and tools to streamline our operations.
What you’ll bring: This role calls for a digitally fluent and inherently performance-oriented designer with an undeniable passion for creating impactful marketing visuals and a keen analytical knack for optimising for tangible results.
Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated experience as a Digital Designer, Marketing Designer, or Social Media Designer, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing performance-driven digital marketing creative.
