What You’ll Create

• Website & Landing Page Design: Design visually compelling and user-friendly websites and landing pages for WordPress. You will create mockups and prototypes in Figma and work with developers to bring your designs to life.

• Social Media Content: Design and produce a high volume of visual content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This includes static graphics, carousels, stories, and short-form video concepts.

• Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Create engaging animations, GIFs, and motion graphics using After Effects. You will also edit short-form video content for social media, particularly for Reels and TikTok, using Premiere Pro.

• Brand Application: Apply and maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring every design adheres to client style guides and campaign objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

With 2-5 years of professional experience, you are a talented and collaborative designer with a portfolio that showcases strong digital, social, and web design work. You have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of current digital trends, and are eager to grow your skills within a supportive team.

Your technical proficiency includes:

• Core Stack: High proficiency in Adobe CC (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.

• Specialised Skills: Proven experience designing websites in WordPress, particularly with page builders like Elementor or DIVI. You also have a strong track record in motion design and video editing for social media.

• Collaboration: You are an excellent communicator who thrives in a team environment, able to take direction and articulate your design choices.

• Nice to Have: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) or a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
