Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Designer who thrives at the intersection of visual storytelling and user experience. This is not a template-tweaking role. You’ll lead the design of immersive landing pages, interactive product explainers, and motion-rich campaigns that push brand identity and user engagement forward—not just keep them afloat.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, prototype, and refine responsive digital assets including microsites, interactive guides, email campaigns, and animated ads.
  • Translate strategic briefs into visual narratives that align with both UX principles and brand evolution.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, product designers, and front-end developers in a non-siloed environment—we expect your perspective to influence the end product.
  • Create and evolve digital design systems that serve as more than just style guides—they should function as frameworks for thinking.
  • Use motion design to elevate static ideas, working in After Effects, Lottie, or Figma’s prototyping tools.
  • Present concepts clearly and confidently, with a strong ability to explain why something works, not just how it looks.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience designing for web, with a portfolio that includes interactive campaigns, UX/UI work, and motion-enhanced storytelling.
  • Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects), and an understanding of how your designs translate into front-end code.
  • A mind that thinks in systems, not just visuals—you’re as interested in solving communication problems as you are in aesthetics.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and iteration; you can handle constructive feedback and know when to push back.
  • Curiosity about how design impacts user behavior—you want to know how your work performs, not just how it looks.
  • Bonus: Experience with Webflow, Framer, or creating assets for React-based environments.

What We’re Not Looking For

  • Pure visual decorators who wait for a wireframe.
  • Designers who don’t test their layouts across screen sizes or think about load times.
  • Portfolio-heavy PDF show-and-tells with little context.
