We are seeking a Digital Designer who thrives on creating visually compelling digital experiences that engage and inspire. This role demands more than just graphic skills—it requires a creative thinker who understands user behavior, brand storytelling, and the technical nuances of digital platforms. You will be the architect of digital content across multiple channels, shaping how our audience interacts with our brand through innovative design solutions. Your work will directly influence our marketing campaigns, product interfaces, and social media presence, requiring precision, originality, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-impact digital assets including web graphics, social media visuals, email campaigns, interactive banners, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, UX/UI, and product teams to translate strategic goals into design executions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, ensuring designs align with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Optimize designs for different devices and platforms, balancing aesthetic appeal with performance and accessibility.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of our digital presence.
  • Use data and user feedback to iterate and refine designs, demonstrating a user-centric mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field—or equivalent professional experience demonstrating deep digital design expertise.
  • Proven track record (3+ years) designing digital content for brands, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects that combine creativity with functional design.
  • Mastery of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and digital production constraints (file formats, optimization, loading speeds).
  • Experience with motion graphics and basic animation techniques is a strong plus.
  • Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines while injecting fresh ideas to evolve visual identity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in seeking feedback and continuously improving design quality.
