Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad relevance and performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
  • Optimize ad creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising opportunities
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align ads with overall brand strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Interest in food, grilling, or lifestyle brands is a plus
