The Role:

  • Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable patterns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations that provide stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights.
  • Translate business problems into structured data questions and analytical approaches.
  • Evaluate data quality and suggest improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver relevant analyses.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and build models to support forecasting, segmentation, or performance measurement.
  • Test hypotheses and interpret results to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Document analytical methods, assumptions, and findings for transparency and reproducibility.

Ideal Profile:

  • You possess an advanced degree, ideally a PHD, in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience, ideally within a Data Scientist role.
  • Strong expertise in Python, R, or similar languages, and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable data pipelines.
  • Strong SQL and database skills, with experience in data warehousing or cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proven experience deploying models into production and monitoring performance at scale.
