D365 Technical Analyst

About the Role
This role will focus on delivering and optimising solutions within Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into technical configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute technical expertise during discovery and project initiation workshops.
- Build and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including the design and deployment of plugins, workflows, and Azure integrations.
- Maintain system integrity by ensuring all configuration changes follow best-practice guidelines.
- Support the creation and continuous improvement of development and configuration standards.
- Deliver solutions within agreed SLAs, minimising disruption to business operations.
- Promote and uphold quality assurance practices across all technical deliverables.
- Identify risks to system stability and data security, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline preferred.
Essential:
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong background in CRM configuration, customisation, JavaScript, and model-driven apps.
- Practical knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience integrating Azure components such as Service Bus and Functions.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for solution delivery.
Desirable:
- Proficiency in C# / .NET development
