Job Description

Your New Role

As a CRM Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the outcomes delivered by the CRM Team. You will develop, implement, and maintain MS Dynamics CRM systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and provide a seamless user experience.

In this role, you will :

  • Design and implement customised Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to enhance functionality and user experience
  • Develop automation workflows to streamline business processes and create real-time reports and dashboards
  • Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for CRM users
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Inaddition, you have;

  • Strong demonstrable technical knowledge of CRM platforms, especially Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights and/or Sales)
  • Experienced in development of Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Automate, Power apps)
  • Experience in integrating internal systems and 3rd party systems using Web Services
  • Experience in C#, .Net, Web Services, and JavaScript
  • Experience operating in teams that deliver software in Agile and traditional project methodologies
  • A background in financial services technology (highly desirable)
