Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Creative Director who doesn’t just lead projects, but builds narrative ecosystems across multiple platforms. This role is for someone who can architect campaign concepts that scale—from one compelling social moment to an immersive brand experience. You’ll oversee a multi-disciplinary team (design, video, copy, and experiential), partner directly with product and marketing leadership, and push creative boundaries with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct bold, narrative-driven campaigns that align with product and brand objectives across digital, print, experiential, and motion.
- Lead conceptual development with a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and brand tonality across platforms including web, app, broadcast, and OOH.
- Guide and elevate the creative process from ideation through execution—establishing frameworks, ensuring clarity of vision, and challenging the work.
- Manage and mentor a team of art directors, copywriters, designers, and video editors; foster an environment of collaboration and critique.
- Translate complex business goals into emotional, audience-centric storytelling, without sacrificing nuance or sophistication.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure creative work is both innovative and strategically grounded.
- Pitch creative concepts internally and externally with clarity and conviction.
- Set and maintain a high bar for craft—from typography and color systems to tone, movement, and spatial design.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years in creative leadership roles, with at least 3 years managing a cross-functional team in an agency or in-house brand environment.
- Proven portfolio of cross-channel campaigns (including digital, film, and experiential) that demonstrate storytelling range, visual rigor, and strategic insight.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking—ability to see the big picture while sweating the smallest details.
- Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing/motion software (e.g., Premiere, After Effects); 3D and AI knowledge is a plus.
- Experience leading brand redesigns or overhauls, including architecture, visual identity, and brand voice.
- Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholders; strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of cultural trends and media behaviors—and the ability to apply that knowledge creatively.
- Experience working with production partners and vendors, from photo and video to digital fabrication and live events.
