Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Onsite visits to homes and small businesses across Melbourne Metro and nearby suburbs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues such as:
    • Internet, email, printer, Wi-Fi, and router problems
    • PC and Mac faults
    • Mobile devices, smart TVs, and streaming services
  • Installing and configuring:
    • Network equipment and Wi-Fi solutions
    • Antivirus and backup systems
  • Virus/malware removal and system clean-ups.
  • Providing training, advice, and easy-to-understand tech support.
  • Documenting jobs accurately and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  • Making friendly courtesy calls when arriving or delayed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven IT support experience across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
  • Confident in troubleshooting hardware, software, and home/small business networking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions simply.
  • Reliable vehicle, own tools, and a laptop/tablet.
