About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team. .
What you’ll be doing
· Diagnose and repair a wide range of computer hardware and software issues
· Repairing and upgrading laptops, Battery & Screen Replacements, RAM & SSD Upgrades
· Virus & Spyware Removal installation & configuration of customers software
· Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions to customers
· Upgrade and maintain computer systems, including installing new hardware and software
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and queries in a timely and professional manner
· Maintain detailed records of all repairs and work completed
· Stay up-to-date with the latest computer technologies, trends, and best practices
What we’re looking for
· Previous technical support experience with a history of providing technical support in a retail or technical environment
· Relevant qualifications or certifications in computer/IT support or a related field
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in computer repair and troubleshooting
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve a variety of computer issues
· Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers effectively
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient in the use of computer diagnostic tools and software
· Knowledge of hardware and software components, as well as operating systems like Windows and macOS
