Client Relationship Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage existing clients
2. Analyze client data and improve their decision-making process and product experience
3. Work efficiently on Excel and communicate fluently with clients in English over emails and calls
4. Conduct product or application demos for clients through web meetings
5. Handle and resolve client requests and complaints
6. Act as a bridge between the in-house team and the final client
7. Manage the internal team allocated to the CRM to deliver on client support requests
8. Monitor product functionality regularly
9. Review analytics and prepare reports
10. Contribute innovative ideas to evolve product design and product development
