Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Lead data analysis and cleansing efforts across complex source and target systems.
  • Define data mapping, transformation rules, and validation criteria.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of source data to identify patterns, anomalies, and transformation logic.
  • Build robust ETL pipelines and drive end-to-end data integration processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Design and implement data profiling, quality checks, reconciliations, and sign-off frameworks.
  • Champion the development of a comprehensive data quality framework to identify and remediate data issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in data analysis, cleansing, and ETL development.
  • Ability to run effective workshops and translate business requirements into data specifications.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams.
  • Experience designing and implementing data quality frameworks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformative program environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure, Informatica, Talend) highly regarded.
