Job Description
About the role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration processes using Dell Boomi.
- Collaborate with business process owners, portfolio managers, and vendors to gather and refine integration requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on integration architecture and best practices.
- Manage change and release processes for integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform unit testing and ensure quality assurance of all developed solutions.
- Maintain documentation for integration processes and workflows.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team delivery goals.
- Learn and support additional systems and technologies as required.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience with the Dell Boomi platform.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and HTTP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and integration patterns.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with technical process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Agile and/or project management certifications are desirable but not essential.
