Roles & Responsibilities
Hair Consultant / Artistic Director
Provide quality customer services and maintain high standard of professionalism
Provide hair care services and consultation including analysing, shampooing, cutting, coloring, perm and styling hair to customer.
Manage and oversee daily task tracking and operation planning.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Advice customers on home care tips for hair and scalp.
Maintain the salon in a clean, safe and organized manner.
Identify and generate new business opportunities for company.
Role require candidate to maintain existing client base and grow local client base.
Grow Korean/ Japanese client base for company is a plus.
Candidate with existing client base will be preferred
Candidiate must complete many diverse tasks and always need to be friendly and professional with customers
Key skills and qualities include:
- Creative self starter
- Skilled in hair cutting, hair coloring, hair perm/rebonding and scalp care
- Good knowledge of hair salon day to day operations
- Min 5 years in hair salon related industry with good track records
- Display effective leadership skills and teamwork
- Job will require candidate to interact and communicate with local and korean or japanese client
- Attention to detail
- Cleanliness and good personal grooming
