Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, marketers, and product teams to craft integrated campaigns that connect on multiple levels.
- Mentor and nurture creative talent, fostering an environment of experimentation, continuous improvement, and fearless creativity.
- Manage multiple projects with complex timelines, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards without compromising deadlines.
- Translate abstract ideas and briefs into clear, actionable creative strategies and visual solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor work to continuously evolve the brand’s creative approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in art direction or senior creative roles within advertising, branding, or digital agencies.
- Proven track record of leading breakthrough campaigns that have driven measurable business impact and brand growth.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling fundamentals paired with hands-on expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate creative rationale to diverse stakeholders, from creative teams to executives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary creative teams in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for emerging technologies, multimedia, and cultural trends that inform innovative visual storytelling.
- Portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of creative projects, including high-concept campaigns and detail-oriented executions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
