Junior Product Engineer

Job Description

We still build and ship with the agility of a startup, but we operate with the impact and resources of an industry leader. To thrive here, you will need strong communication and organisational skills, along with a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be tackling complex, high-impact troubleshooting, so a versatile technical toolkit and a proactive mindset are a must.

Ideally, you will bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a passion for building robust, scalable solutions.

Languages:

• PHP
• Javascript (Typescript)
• HTML & CSS (Tailwind)
• SQL

Systems/Infrastructure:

• Linux/Unix
• Apache/nginx
• Docker
• Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem (e.g. EC2, S3, RDS, ELB)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines & Testing

Frameworks/tools:

• Laravel & Eloquent
• Vue.js
• GraphQL
• GitHub

Workflows & Operations:

• Experience with AI-driven development workflows (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini)
• Agile/Scrum methodologies (using Jira)
• Data visualisation / Business intelligence (Tableau)
