Job Description
We’re a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the finance and automation space, scaling up and going global. We’re on the hunt for a C# Software Engineer who can build robust, scalable software and contribute in an energetic, dynamic team based in Melbourne & Brisbane.
This role is 3 days working from home and 2 days in our Melbourne office in Scoresby.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and ship full-stack features using C#, MVC.NET, SQL Server, Azure, and MassTransit with Service Bus.
- Drive development in a tight-knit agile squad with engineers, testers, DevOps, and POs
- Own features end-to-end: from scoping to GTM and production support.
- Review code, give/receive constructive feedback, and push engineering standards.
- Mentor juniors, lead by example, and improve team efficiency.
- Tackle infrastructure, service, and database-level debugging with a get-it-done mindset.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years hands-on experience in .NET, SQL, services, and scalable systems.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC (preferably Pulumi)
- Experience building microservices and event-driven systems.
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
- You build for users—not just for code elegance.

Modern SPA experience (React, Vue, etc.)
Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD (bonus), IaC (Pulumi)
