Front end React Developer
Job Description
You’ll join a collaborative, product-focused team working across a modern web stack. This role will suit someone who’s confident building performant, scalable front ends using React and TypeScript, and comfortable integrating with a .NET Core REST API back end.The Tech Stack:
- React
- TypeScript
- .NET Core Web API (connecting to backend services only)
- RESTful architecture
- CI/CD workflows
- Agile delivery
- Figma (design handoff)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Translating high-fidelity designs into performant, production-ready UI
- Building reusable and modular React components within a scalable architecture
- Integrating front-end features with RESTful endpoints built in .NET Core
- Collaborating closely with back-end engineers to ensure smooth data flow and API consumption
- Maintaining strong separation of concerns between presentation and business logic
- Improving performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers/devices
- Participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews in an Agile team
What They’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience as a front-end developer working with React
- Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs — ideally built in .NET Core
- Understanding of asynchronous data handling (e.g., fetch, Axios, async/await)
- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
- An eye for clean UI and a strong appreciation for user experience
- Bonus: experience with component libraries, testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), or front-end performance tuning.
